Cork midfielder Alan O’Connor has dismissed former Kerry player Darragh Ó Sé’s description of him as a ‘bully’.

Ó Sé used the term in his newspaper column this week but O’Connor has laughed it off.

“Is he trying to talk me up for the replay? Maybe he is. Either way, it’s not going to affect me. Darragh can say what Darragh wants to say. Obviously, he was a great player and leader in his time and someone you would look up to. As for being a bully, I think there are enough bullies on the Kerry team as it is. Maybe he’s highlighting me to rile them up!”
