Michael Miller from St Eunan’s College in Letterkenny scored what just might be the fastest Gaelic football goal ever in yesterday’s MacRory Cup play-off against St Pat’s Armagh in Dromore, Co Tyrone.

Miller slotted home in just under nine seconds. His goal helped the side, managed by Gary McDaid — Rory Gallagher’s number two with Donegal’s senior footballers — into the last eight of the northern schools’ competition. St Eunan’s face St Pat’s Cavan in a fortnight’s time.
