Fatigue on the second day of a monumental Congress in Derry last month may have resulted in voting error on a crucial proposal.

That’s the belief of GAA President Liam O’Neill who listed two potential reasons why 10% voted against new measures to tackle racism and sectarianism.

Motion 54 was passed by an overwhelming majority after receiving 89.79% of the votes.
