Chin sticks by decision to highlight racism

The 21-year-old Sarsfields club man went public last year after receiving abuse while playing for his club. A motion was subsequently submitted by the club, through Wexford, seeking to tackle racism in the GAA, though it was ruled out of order.

It was thrown out because clubs can only call for playing rules to be changed in the official guide every five years.
