Wenger hails Donegal’s Lacey

The plaudits for the All-Ireland-winning Donegal team just keep pouring in.

Yesterday, it was the turn of footballer of the year Karl Lacey to be lauded on the achievement and to his amazement, it was Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger leading the praise.

Lacey, a big Arsenal fan, tweeted the letter, signed by Wenger, acknowledging and congratulating him on his achievement in helping Donegal to glory.
