Kelly to referee All-Ireland final

Westmeath’s Barry Kelly has been appointed as referee for next month’s All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship final between Galway and Kilkenny.

Kelly, who took a sabbatical from inter-county refereeing in 2010, previously took charge of finals in 2008 (Kilkenny-Waterford) and 2006 (Kilkenny-Cork).

Nemo Rangers’ Colm Lyons will officiate in the minor final between Dublin and Tipp.
