Wallace linked with Kingdom

Former Antrim boss Jerry Wallace is amongst the favourites to succeed John Meyler as Kerry senior hurling manager.

Wallace, who stepped down from his post last week, is highly regarded in the Kingdom following a successful stint in charge of Ballyduff, bringing them to a Munster Club IHC final.

Meyler left the role after the side’sexit from the Christy Ring Cup last month.
