25,000 crowd expected in Thurles

Munster chief executive Pat Fitzgerald is anticipating a crowd of 25,000 for tomorrow’s Munster double-header in Thurles.

With the good weather expect to extend over the weekend, it should contribute to the attendance for the Tipperary-Limerick and Tipperary-Kerry games.

Fitzgerald: “We’d be hoping for a crowd somewhere in the region of 25,000. With the warm weather we’re having, there should be a good walk-up crowd.”
