GAA chiefs look set to investigate an incident in which a supporter confronted Dublin boss Anthony Daly after yesterday’s thrilling Allianz Hurling League clash with Kilkenny.

It is understood the irate fan came onto the field to remonstrate with the All-Ireland winning Clare skipper and was subsequently ejected from Nowlan Park by stewards.

Officials from both counties declined to comment when contacted last night.
