Young gives sneak peak at new Kerry jersey

IT WAS all due for a high-profile launch next week, until Kerry’s own Killian Young posted the new Kingdom jersey on Twitter last night.

The kit features a new crest, sleeve and collar details, regal calligraphy on the back and a new design on the gold band across the jersey.

Kerry officials have defended the change in crest — introduced for copyright purposes. The 2012 jersey, which will be formally launched on December 9.
