Ó Flathárta refuses to contemplate exit

TOMÁS Ó FLATHÁRTA refused to be drawn on his future after Galway experienced the painfully familiar feeling of an early championship exit.

Armagh man Joe Kernan paid the ultimate price for his team’s poor 2010 form and, technically, Ó Flathárta’s efforts have come up even shorter — with just one win all year and relegation from the Allianz League Division One.

“All my focus and all my energy has gone into the football all along and that’s where I have put all my energy,” responded the Galway boss when quizzed about his future.
