Kenny an injury doubt for qualifier

CORK midfielder Tom Kenny remains an injury doubt for their All-Ireland Phase Three qualifier clash on Saturday week with a dislocated finger but the injury is not as bad as initially feared.

Kenny an injury doubt for qualifier

Kenny suffered the injury while lining out for his club Grenagh in a County Premier IFC game on Monday night, yet scans have revealed that he has not broken any bones in his hand. He will now face a race against time to prove his fitness over the next 10 days.

Manager Denis Walsh has had his options for that clash boosted by the return of exciting young attacker Conor Lehane to the panel after he completed his Leaving Cert exams.
