Shefflin will be back, says Cody

HENRY SHEFFLIN will hurl again for Kilkenny.

That’s the firm belief of manager Brian Cody who described his talismanic, if currently stricken, centre-forward as the most ‘‘competitive sports person alive’’.

Cody was resolute yesterday as he looked back on his team’s All-Ireland final defeat to Tipperary that the Cats will rise again, with Shefflin at the point of their attack.
