Gardiner: Pressure on Cats to deliver

CORK defender John Gardiner believes all the pressure is on Kilkenny ahead of tomorrow’s All-Ireland semi-final and that a defeat would be ‘a huge catastrophe’ for Brian Cody’s side as they chase a historic five-in-a-row.

Gardiner has also described tomorrow’s game as the most significant Cork have played in recent seasons.

“From their point of view, they’re four-time All-Ireland champions going for five in a row and they have to perform every day they go out.
