O’Mahony returns to training

AIDAN O’MAHONY is back in training with All-Ireland champions Kerry.

The All-Star defender opted out of the Kingdom’s squad at the end of April for “personal reasons”, but returned to training with the county in Killarney last night as the Kingdom gear-up for the Munster SFC final against Limerick on Sunday week at Fitzgerald Stadium.

O’Mahony has had a difficult 2010, being sent off in the National League defeat to Tyrone and then missing a team warm-weather camp in the Algarve. However he appears to have turned a corner and performed well for Rathmore in their Kerry SFC win over Laune Rangers last Sunday.
