New GAA museum in Ballyhea

CORK legend Jimmy Barry Murphy will officially open Ballyhea GAA’s new museum tomorrow to coincide with the national Lá na gClub festivities.

Among the items that will be on display is the Dromina Tournament trophy from 1888 along with memorabilia, photographs, hurleys, and a number of jerseys from significant occasions in hurling and football.

The opening will take place at 2pm.
