Crokes hitting the net for South Kerry showdown

DR CROKES will stream live video of tomorrow’s final on their website (www.drcrokes.com) to cater for what PRO John Keogh said was “the large Crokes’ diaspora spread throughout the world.”

He explained: “It was something we had been thinking about for a while so we developed the facilities and for each of the games so far there’s been in excess of 1000 hits.

“The first day we did it was a County League game in September and we had 1117 hits and next Sunday will be our sixth game.

“I think we’re the first club who have done it and so far we’re delighted with the result and the feedback we’ve got so far. Time will tell if it will catch on.”
