Bradley wary of Kerry backlash

ANTRIM manager Liam Bradley has rejected suggestions that Kerry are “there for the taking” as the two counties prepare for a first championship meeting in over 60 years at Tullamore this weekend.

Bradley wary of Kerry backlash

The sides have met just three times in this competition, the last of which was a three-point win for the Kingdom in the All-Ireland semi-final of 1946, when they went on to defeat Roscommon in the final.

The chances of doing something similar this year look unlikely on the evidence of the summer so far with an unconvincing performance in the drawn Munster final against Cork followed by defeat in the replay.
