Dromore manager Noel McGinn was involved in a clash with a member of the Clonoe squad, and later issued an apology for his actions.

A Clonoe player is also likely to be in trouble over his part in the melee. The county board may request a copy of TG4’s television coverage of the incidents.

A statement issued by the board said: “The Tyrone CCC will be conducting a full investigation into the incident which occurred at full time in the Tyrone SFC final between Dromore and Clonoe.”

Clonoe scored a 0-10 to 0-9 win over reigning champions Dromore after extra-time to win their first title since 1991.
