Magician gets desperate as match tickets disappear

HE MAY be a world-famous magician but even Keith Barry can’t conjure up the one thing that every Waterford native craves ahead of the county’s first All-Ireland senior hurling final since 1963.

“I’m looking for tickets everywhere — if you can get me a couple then I’ll take them!” revealed the acclaimed performer in an interview in today’s Irish Examiner All-Ireland SHC special. And Barry has offered an interesting swap deal in return for a ticket.

“I’ll tell you what — if anyone can get me tickets, I’ll do a free show for them in their corporate box, in the pub, in their own house.
