Ó Sé: why we need Monaghan clash

ALL-IRELAND champions Kerry might have landed the toughest possible draw for next weekend’s final round of football qualifiers — but it’s the one they badly need, believes All Star defender Tomás Ó Sé.

The Kingdom will face Monaghan at a venue to be announced today in a repeat of last year’s All-Ireland quarter-final, a game many believe the Farney men should have won.

And Ó Sé, who was instrumental in steering Kerry to that one point win a year ago, believes it’s high time the real questions were asked of this Kerry team.
