Morgan rallies Cork shooting stars

CORK boss Billy Morgan has called on his attack to “step up to the plate” in Sunday’s All-Ireland SFC semi-final against Meath.

Morgan has been forced to plan without the championship’s top scorer, James Masters, who sustained a broken jaw in the quarter-final win over Sligo earlier this month.

While accepting the Nemo Rangers marksman is a massive loss, Morgan is confident his frontline can produce the goods against Colm Coyle’s impressive outfit.
