Donegal won’t be driven by revenge, says Dunnion

ULSTER sides may have taken football to new heights in recent years, but the rest of the country has finally caught up with the northern province, according to Donegal defender Barry Dunnion.

Donegal won’t be driven by revenge, says Dunnion

The evidence supporting that claim is rich and varied. Tyrone and Donegal, who meet this evening in Division 1A, are the only two Ulster counties, of the five in the top flight, with more victories than defeats under their belts in the NFL.

In Division 1B, Armagh, Derry and Down – three of Ulster’s ‘traditional’ powers – inhabit three of the four bottom positions with just two wins between them.
