“A document has been prepared and sent to the GPA and we await a response,’’ said President Nickey Brennan. “It outlines all of the terms which we feel are necessary if the recognition process is to proceed.

“Some of these terms are ‘without question’ — they must accept them. There are others which, perhaps, we can talk about and negotiate further.’’
