GAA signs anti-doping guidelines
The regulations were ratified by Central Council at the weekend, and all issues have been agreed with the Irish Sports Council, GAA president Sean Kelly confirmed last night.
The Council has been endeavouring to sign up all major sporting bodies in this country to WADA's strict doping guidelines. There had been some disagreement between the GAA and the ISC over the parameters for out-of-competition testing of amateur GAA players, but that issue has been resolved.
