Delayed games to decide NHL 1A title

NHL Division 1A will be decided next week when the delayed final series of games, (Offaly v Waterford, Cork v Clare and Down v Wexford) are played.

Clare top the group on six points, on scoring average, from Waterford. Cork are on five points, as are Offaly, but the Rebels boast a superior scoring difference.

Kilkenny’s win over Galway yesterday propelled them to the top of 1B and straight into the semi-finals. Limerick and Tipperary are in the quarter-finals but must wait until next weekend to discover who their opponents will be.
