Waterford roll into Cork tomorrow for the NHL 1A relegation play-off but it’s not the Déise’s first trip across Youghal Bridge this year.

Kilkenny took the honours in this pulsating NHL 1A clash in sunny Nowlan Park today, with 10,587 in attendance as the Cats stole the win with a late Richie Leahy point.

NHL Division 1A will be decided next week when the delayed final series of games, (Offaly v Waterford, Cork v Clare and Down v Wexford) are played.
