Thousands will be introduced to the games through the programme. Students will be able to demonstrate their new skills at regional fun blitzes and in Croke Park at the All-Ireland SHC quarter-finals. The emphasis will be on participation rather than competition and will run from April to September.

The aim of the programme is to develop the basic skills of hurling and camogie in an inclusive and fun environment.
