Enter Eoin Brosnan, a man with a penchant for scoring the odd spectacular goal for the county team.

Having started at midfield and just minutes after being restored to his favoured No 11 position, Brosnan switched on to a move, tried and tested on the training field with club and county. Colm Cooper won a ball close in, looked around and laid it off. Bang, the ball was in the net and Kerry were thrown a lifeline which ultimately helped to inspire victory.
