GPA to launch 'most significant venture yet' in Dublin and Belfast
Twelve players will participate in a dual launch, with seven high-profile members attending in Dublin and five at a function in Belfast.
The association is also planning a television advertising campaign next month.
Meanwhile, the Ladies Football Allstars and the Rest of Ireland teams left Dublin yesterday for New York on their first Allstar Tour.
On Sunday, the O'Neills/TG4 Allstars play the Rest of Ireland selection as a curtain-raiser to the Mayo-New York Connacht SFC match at Gaelic Park in the Bronx.
The Allstar team will also be involved in promotional training sessions for underage ladies footballers in the New York area.
Speaking at Dublin Airport before departure, Ladies Gaelic Football Association CEO Helen O'Rourke said: "This is a great occasion for Ladies Football and female sport in Ireland. It's the first time the stars of the ladies game have been honoured in this way and it puts the players on a pedestal with their male counterparts."
