Clarification: Donal O’Grady

ON Monday last, a report in the Irish Examiner suggested that, in relation to difficulties between the Cork Senior Hurling panel and the press, it was “accepted” that a policy of non-co-operation was partly driven by manager, Donal O’Grady.

Mr O’Grady has confirmed and the Irish Examiner now accepts, that it is neither “Accepted” nor true that the manager has had any involvement in such a policy and that such a policy does not exist.

We are happy to clarify this and that Donal O’Grady has always co-operated with the Irish Examiner.
