SHC qualifiers draw tomorrow

THE draw for the first round of the Guinness SHC qualifiers will take place tomorrow in Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney and will be shown on the Sunday Game after the Leinster SHC semi-final between Kilkenny and Wexford.

The eight teams are: Limerick, Tipperary, Clare, Galway, Ulster final losers (Antrim or Down), Kilkenny or Wexford, losers of second Leinster semi (Offaly v winners Westmeath/Dublin), winners of Leinster preliminary qualifier (Laois v losers Dublin/ Westmeath). The Games Administration Committee will meet on Monday to finalise times, dates and venues. Games are due to be played on June 19 and 26.
