Darragh Fitzgibbon will meet the young Cork supporter who got caught up in the celebrations on the Semple Stadium pitch following the Rebels' victory over Tipperary on Sunday.
The young supporter appeared to take an accidental blow to the head from a hurley as he approached Fitzgibbon, who was embracing teammate Shane Barrett at the time. Tipperary's Noel McGrath was first responder on the scene to check on the fan.
The supporter and his family will attend Sunday's match between Cork and Limerick at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh. Fitzgibbon will also present him with a signed jersey.

A clip of the moment was posted to social media following the game. Fitzgibbon reached out to car dealership Cavanaghs of Charleville, for whom he is a brand ambassador, to enlist their help in identifying the supporter.
"Just a quick update on this as we have had an amazing response from the public in helping us identify this young lad," Cavanaghs posted to Facebook on Monday.
"The good news is, we now know his identity and have been in contact with his family. We are happy to let everyone know that Cavanaghs of Charleville will be assisting them in attending this weekend's fixture against Limerick and, of course, we will make an arrangement for the young lad to meet his hero, Darragh, and get a signed jersey as well."
