Paddy Barnes has progressed to the quarter-finals in the Men's Light Flyweight division of the boxing at the Olympics.

The Belfast fighter defeated Cameroon's Thomas Essomba on a scoreline of 15-10, meaning he will box for his second Olympic medal on Wednesday night.
