I care more than Alonso about McLaren - Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton has accused Fernando Alonso of not caring as much for McLaren as he does following a turbulent time for the team.

Hamilton could only manage fourth in today’s Belgian Grand Prix at Spa, at times appearing distracted as he made a couple of uncharacteristic mistakes during the course of the race.
