Ni Challarain through to K1 semi-final

Spiddal canoeist Éadaoin Ní Challaráin will begin tomorrow's K1 Kayak Slalom semi-finals (8.40am, Irish time) after finishing right on the cut-off point in the heats at the Olympic centre.

The 28-year-old finished 15th of 19 competitors to claim the last berth in tomorrow's next stage.
