The International Association of Athletics Federations today confirmed the deadline for Dwain Chambers to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport against his drugs ban has passed.

The 26-year-old sprinter was banned for two years until November 6, 2005 after testing positive for the designer steroid tetrahydrogestrinone (THG) last August.
