Last-gasp Panis steals the show

Olivier Panis produced a sizzling late lap to power to the fastest time as practice resumed for the European Grand Prix at the Nurburgring in Germany today.

Panis, who had been quickest in initial practice yesterday only to be hit by the changing weather conditions in qualifying, went top of the time sheets with just seconds left in the session.
