F1: Australian GP to go ahead
The Australian Formula One Grand Prix will go ahead in March.
The coroner investigating the death of a marshal at this year's event will not stop next season's race.
The Melbourne race had been in the balance after being provisionally placed on the race calendar, pending the outcome of the coroner's investigation.
The marshal, Gordon Beveridge, died after he was struck by a wheel from Jacques Villeneuve's BAR.
The wheel was ripped from his car following a collision with Ralf Schumacher's Williams BMW.
It went through an access gap in a safety fence and struck Beveridge in the chest.
Victoria State coroner Graeme Johnstone is not due to deliver the hearing's findings until January, but indicated that he did not expect next year's race to be affected.
