Horseracing: Galileo tipped to wow Leopardstown

Aidan O’Brien’s wonder horse Galileo is the odds-on favourite to win the re-match of the year at Leopardstown this afternoon.

He’ll have the support of the home crowd against the Godolphin-trained Fantastic Light.

Galileo was the winner of the English and Irish Derbies and beat his rival in the King George the Sixth and Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot.

Ten horses are to run but bookies see the race as a two-horse affair.
