Horseracing: Ansar wins Handicap Hurdle

Ansar has won the £100,000 Guinness Handicap Hurdle at Galway this afternoon.

Dermot Weld's Ansar, ridden by Paul Carberry, went for home at the second last and overtook the favourite Ulundi.

The Gatherer came in in second place and Vivo came in third at 14-1.
