GAA: Bellaghy boss quits

The manager of Ulster club football champions Bellaghy has quit his post.

Seamus Birt has stood down just three days after the Derry kingpins went down to Mayo outfit Crossmolina in the All-Ireland Semi-Final.

Assistant Colm McElwee has also resigned, with both men saying they want to spend more time with their families.
