Dailly deal delayed

Christian Dailly is keeping Leicester and West Ham waiting on his possible transfer from Blackburn Rovers.

Both the Hammers and Foxes have agreed a £1.75m fee with Blackburn and personal terms with the Scotland international, and Leicester were hoping Dailly would arrive in time to play against Ipswich on Sunday.

But a spokesman said today: "Christian has asked for another couple of days to think things over. We are still hoping a deal will take place next week."
