BallTalk TV: Looking at the Airtricity League's Munster clubs
The panel discuss:
i) With one Munster-based club in the Premier Division and three in the First Division, how strong/weak is elite-level domestic soccer in the province?
ii) Back in the 60s, for example, both Limerick, and particularly Waterford United, were massive clubs.
Times are a lot different now. But how close, or far away as the case may be, are those clubs from becoming ‘forces’ in Irish soccer again?
iii) Limerick, obviously, are best-placed of those in the second-tier to potentially become a top-end top-tier club.
What do these sides need to do though to bridge the gap, on and off the field?
iv) Is it fair to suggest Cork City are a great example of what can be achieved despite serious hiccups along the way for clubs in Munster?
v) Cobh Ramblers have begun the season in encouraging fashion. What can they achieve this term?
vi) Who should be key, player/s-wise to them succeeding in what is felt can be achieved?

Premier League Player of the season
Premier League Flops of the Season
