Longvalley Rio can set the record straight
In addition to the Thursday, Friday and Saturday fixtures, the Bishopstown track will race on Wednesdays for the next four weeks, starting tonight.
Longvalley Rio, unlucky when a beaten favourite on his debut recently, can set the record straight in the sixth race.
The Denis Fitzgerald trained runner encountered traffic problems when beaten a neck by Muskerry Diego in 29.65 last Thursday week.
A switch to the inside can enable Longvalley Rio to turn the tables here.
Muskerry Diego also has scope for improvement and should again go well.
Ballycannon Maid is another on a retrieving mission in the fifth race.
She was denied a clear run from a trap four draw when failing to justify favouritism on her debut last month, finishing a seven lengths second in 29.35.
Likely to benefit from a move to the inside, Ballycannon Maid can make amends.
The seventh race can go to Boola Cheeky. The selection was quickly at the head of affairs when getting off the mark at the second attempt in 29.61 earlier this month and a trap four draw is unlikely to halt her progress.
Talavara Stent, who made it three wins from 11 starts when making most in 29.44 last month, has sound claims from another inside berth in the last race.
Ardfield Prince, always prominent when carding 29.70 last time, can go in again in the sprint.
