This follows the decision yesterday by a court in Dortmund, Germany, not to order the FEI to lift the provisional suspensions imposed on Lynch and Germany’s Christian Ahlmann.
The horses of both, Lantinus and Coster, respectively, were among five show jumpers to test positive for the banned substance capsaicin at the Olympics.
