Abominable hand-pass should be consigned to history

The hand-pass has been an abomination for many years and has proven impossible to police. The best thing to do, as Mr Murphy suggests, is to consign it to history. It’s been tried for many years and it has failed to enhance the game: let’s revert to FOOTball.
