Magnificent Callanan sees off Twohig to claim Billy Molloy Cup honours
They took two each to beat the cottage. Callanan then went up several gears with two great bowls to the wall where he had almost a bowl of odds. He followed with two excellent shots to Boula lane to go over a bowl clear. He scorched to the top of the straight in four more to extend his lead close to two bowls.
He was at the farm in another throw where he had two clear bowls. Twohig then missed the Devil’s Bend. Callanan went over with his to put the score out of reach.
