There were so many sporting highlights in 2012, so many individual stars, it’s difficult to pick just one.
We had the Olympic Games in London, Kilkenny winning another All-Ireland with Henry Shefflin making history, Clare claiming the U21 All-Ireland, and from my own perspective, Kilmallock – the team I manage — winning another Limerick SHC title.
