IT is hard to believe that four months ago I had to brace myself for a difficult landing with a foot of snow on the edge of the runway at Bristol airport en-route to the Liberty Stadium for Munster’s Heineken Cup game with the Ospreys.

Back in Swansea last Saturday, the temperature gauge hit 26C as things heated up on and off the field when the two sides met again. The Welsh are struggling to get any representation into the top four of the Magners League with Cardiff Blues now their only likely hope in the semi-finals.
